Ingredients 4oz Butter 2 oz Sugar 2 very large Tb Honey 5 C rice bubbles |
Method Add butter, sugar and honey into a pot and boil together till it thickens and darkens in colour. Mix in the ricebubbles. Transfer into a greased 20cm square baking tin. Press down firmly. Cut into pieces before it cools too much or it will shatter. Store in the refrigerator. |
