Ingredients 6-12 fresh figs, cut in half lengthwise. 2 Tb Honey 2 Tb Butter |
Method Melt butter and honey in a pan, place figs, cut side down into the butter/honey mixture. Cook till everything is bubbling and the figs have browned a little. As they cook, spoon the butter and honey mix over the figs. Once cooked, remove from the heat and serve with a little ice-cream, cream or yoghurt. |
