Ingredients 2 egg whites 1/4 C - 1/2 C honey Dash of salt |
Method Beat egg whites and salt till stiff but not too dry. Add honey and beat till thick and at stiff peaks stage. Drop spoonful's onto baking paper on a tray and cook at 140ºC for 30-40 minutes, until they are pale golden. Store in an airtight container. |
