Delivery Of Orders

Our delivery companies are “NZ Post” and "NZ Couriers" we use their “signature required service”. The maximum weight that they will accept is 20Kgs. It is always our intention to process your order by close of business on the day we receive it. In the normal course of events you should receive your order within 5 working days.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery.
We suggest you allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery.
Should you require something urgently then please contact us by telephone on 06 7575675.
In the event of non-delivery within this time frame please contact us so that we can track and trace your order (if NZ Couriers)

Delivery Overseas

Any deliveries for overseas is also taken care of by “Air International” using New Zealand Post’s International Air Service. The maximum weight that can be delivered is 20kgs and the maximum length and girth measurement can be no more than 2metres. Delivery to most countries will take between 1 to 2 weeks
